I got this sample/travel sized item from a haul months ago. I didn't really care about it and just tucked it inside the inner depts of my makeup kit. Wrong move!

Weeks ago i finally decide to give it a try, and good grief! Its amazing!

And now, i can't stop using it.

Urban Decay Ink For Eyes - Waterproof Precision Eye Pen

 Hey hey hey! I'm back! Sort-off. Still caught up with too much happenings in my life. But i've been dying to blog about this new eyeliner pen i got weeks ago!
It's the Urban Decay Ink For Eyes - Waterproof Precision Eye Pen. It's part of the Perversion Line they recently released. And this caught my eye, cause ever since, i was a pen liner person. It's just more convenient in terms of cramming to get ready and traveling. No need to bring a brush with you, just the pen.

This is my current HG (holy grail!) eyeliner!

Makeup, Remove~it!

We all know how important that we keep our faces clean all time, specially when we are about to go to bed, and take our beauty rest. Most specifically if you're like me, who loves to wear makeup when going out.It's a must that you clean your face free of makeup, so most of us have our own preferences on how we remove it. Here are some of my tried makeup removers, and my thoughts about them. They aren't exactly my HG products, but they are my steps to hopefully finding the best one for me out there.

Luckily for me, i got all these deluxe-sized samples so i cant try them out first before deciding to buy a fullsized. Perks of being a store owner. Though the Neutrogena i bought full-sized.

MAC Hoop Lipstick - Another MLBB?

 If you've been visiting my blog for quite sometime now, you know i am always on the lookout for MLBB (my-lips-but-better) shades. So when i was getting some orders from the MAC Cosmetics websites, i saw that they've made some most popular limited-edition shades permanent, the MAC by request 2014.

I immediately checked it out since it was one of the most requested shades, now there might be something in these shades to get all those girls cray-cray right?

The Search for the Perfect Concealer: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles 120 Light Pale

This is a long delayed post. It has been sitting as a draft weeks ago. Just been busy with all the family reunions and out-of-town trip and people having vacay in our house. So yes, i apologize again for my MIA~ness.

Weeks ago, i got 2 concealers recommended by Shayne of The Makeup Edition, both from Maybelline, cause i finally gave up on my Benefit Boi-ing. Let's talk about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles first. That's a mouthful. And the name itself is promising. This concealer specializes in covering up the dreaded dark circles that makes us look like we have panda eyes. 

First Impression: MAC Pro Palette 4x Eyeshadows

And there i was in the MAC website, just browsing. When i came across this option where you can build your own 4pan eyeshadow palette. So i tried it out, just for fun. Searched for popular eyeshadow shades. And picked out my top 4. I wasn't really going to buy it, but the next thing i was doing was naming my palette, and the next thing i was conscious was when i was staring at the confirmation page of my order. Darn! And, i was hypnotized AGAIN!

HELLO MAY!

And yes.. I am, also, affected by the Disney's Frozen Movie Craze. Well, thanks to my little girl who watches the movie non~stop, from our TV to her Ipad. You'll hear different parts of the movie echoing inside our house like 12hours a day. The only exception is when she sleeps at night, naps on the afternoon and watches Hi5 for a few minutes. And no, i am not exaggerating.

Too Faced The Return Of Sexy Palette

BDJ Box April 2014 - PIXY (truly asian brand)

Sorry for abandoning my blog for more than a week. Been really busy.. and lazy. But i'm back!

After finally mustering enough drive to write again. I'll start off with my first BDJ Box Sub ever i received a few days ago. Can't even remember the exact date i got this, still too lazy to think..

And to my luck! It's a themed box! Is that what they call it? It's a PIXY exclusive box! My eyes where literally twinkling when i opened it up and saw all the pretty pink goodies inside. So many things! (I think i'm really loving this subscription box thing~y. Not good.)

April Mini Concealer Haul and more!

If you've read my Benefit Boi-ing review post here, you'll know that i'm currently on a hunt for a good concealer that will at least meet my expectations, e.g. "cover-up well"!

I was really meaning to get just the 2 Maybelline Concealers, thanks to a post by Stacey of The Makeup Expedition about here Top5 Concealers. Check it out here.

But.. I ended up with tons of products. Some free, some bought. But hey, we all have done this once in our shopping right? I may have done it more that once though, or every time? No judging.

Snoe Bedside BesoBalm

My night routine includes moisturising my hideous cracked lips, and when i forget to do so. I will wake up with uber dry and uhhhhg-ly puckers. I tell you, it gets so dry at times that when i smile it cracks and bleeds! (Am i a total weirdo? Or someone else experiences this as well. Please tell me this happened to you too.)

So if you wanna talk about lip balms, ehem, i can say i have much experience on that particular skincare product. Not an expert though, but very well experienced. I've tried a number of lip balms, lip butter, lip savers and lip whatevers!

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer - 01 Light

I believe this is a delayed post. I just hit pan on this one and i think it deserves to be reviewed before we say our goodbyes to each other. A permanent goodbye, i must say.

When i diagnosed myself that i have catch the 'makeup-hoarder virus', this was one of the purchases i made on my first ever haul.

I got the shade 01 which is the lightest, at first i was pissed cause i think i've gotten the wrong shade, too light for my skin! It looks ghastly when i use it, you know the people in pictures with flash that has the white cast under there eyes, like it shouts: "hey i'm wearing a concealer today!" That's how it looks on me. Sucks.

Chanel Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Color 05 Mademoiselle

Since i've tried the YSL Rouge Volupte line, which came in the same price range as this Chanel one. I was really impressed with how nice high-end lipsticks perform. I fell inlove with my YSL Rouge Volupte Silky Sensual Radiant in #9 Caress pink, review is here. I am considering getting some more with different shades. But i thought i should try another brand before i purchase the same product on another shade.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (is it really better?)

For starters, i want you all guys to know that i am not a fan of mascaras. I can do without it, and most of the time i don't bother applying them. I've already gave up on my micro-lashes years ago and just let them be.

I really find it to be a drag applying mascaras, it's so hard to not screw up with this messy messy wands of ink. I always, and i mean always either poke my eyes with it or accidentally swipe to much and end up destroying my finished eye makeup.

Ironically, i have a lot of deluxe and travel-sized mascaras in my vanity, and they just keep on coming. Just like my newest addition, the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. So i'll do the honors to try them all out, and review them for you guys so they will be put into good use before they rot in my vanity kit.

MAC Powder Blush in Ambering Rose

I wanted to talk about my first MAC Blush! So this is kinda special. :) I know, i know, so lame that i only have one, YET. Before i was kinda a one-blush-at-a-time girl. Until i was exposed to the magical and colourful blush world.

I normally go for the pink, matte shades. So at the time i purchased this blush, i was in my adventurous-self and decided to stray away from my usual shade picks. I bought this blush together with my NARS Blush in Orgasm (review here). That one is a peachy-pink shade, which i also don't have in my blush collection. If you can call 3 blushes a collection, that is.

The MAC Ambering Rose is part of the SS variant (sheertone shimmer), meaning it has shimmers in it. I don't hate shimmery formula as long as its really fine, otherwise it will emphasize my pores or worse, makes my face look like there have been an oil spill.
Thankfully, the MAC Ambering Rose has really fine shimmers in it. It just gives me a subtle golden glow.

Going back to talking about makeups and beauty obsessions, i wanted to talk about a certain skincare product. Specifically a cleanser, the Philosophy Purity Made Simple.

Telling you a few things beforehand, i am really not into skincare that much since i believe i am gifted with clear and most of the time, zit-free face. But mid last year, i decided to give my skin some love in return of being so behaved, in hopes that it will be more flawless thus giving me the purpose to buy a Clarisonic Mia2 (review here.) And because i can be so obsessed with a specific product before i buy one, i researched on a good cleanser to pair my Mia2 with.
Resulting me to get the Philosophy with it. (That was a long intro. Jeeez!)

After a few months of kind-a religiously using my Clarisonic Mia2 Sonic Cleansing System, i am now confident enough to write a review regarding its effect on me for the past few months of use. I don't usually write a review on my first use of a certain thing, i usually test it out a few days or weeks, or like in this case, took me half a year. You can't really tell all good and bad things about it if you just wear it once right? Specially when it comes to skincare, most results show up after a period of time and not instantly like makeups.

NYX Butter Gloss in Apple Strudel

Sorry for being MIA for a few days, my blog-writing noodles are not working recently. And it's still not working fine right now. Oh well..

  Just to keep me occupied and distracted from that thing that i don't want to think about. Here's a quick post about one of my recent purchase.

The NYX Butter Glosses are the talk of the blogging town lately, and i believe these are just newly released. I spotted it on a NYX Boutique that day, but sadly there is only Apple Strudel available, and another one that didn't make an impression on me, in short i can't remember! I was really hunting the for Peaches and Cream, oh well. (again!)

Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream in #21

I am really a fan of Korean cosmetics. One, because i think i look like a Korean/Chinese so i assumed that Korean Cosmetics will look great on me (dumb logic eh?). Second, because most of there makeups are cruelty-free and organic, (specially The Face Shop, some of there powders are made with pearls and flower petals, cool!) And the third one, because Korean Cosmetics make the cutest and prettiest packaging for every single item they have.

And one of the ingenious creations of Koreans are their signature BB Creams. In Korean BB means "blemish-balm", but on Western countries it means Beauty Balm.

The Lipstick Tag

And here i was checking blog updates from my favorite bloggers when i finally got the time and wifi access in Changi International Airport SG. I checked out this interesting post from Victoria's blog (Makeup Etcetera). It was really interesting reading lipstick posts cause i just recently fell in love with these lip bullets. And it's always nice to know what lipsticks goes really well with other people.

Quick Post: Awesome Singapore!

I know you didn't even know i was out of the country for 3days, but heck i'll still say: "IM BACK!"

Just wanted to do a quick post about our trip.
Let's rest a bit from makeups but not completely from beauty! My blog is all about beauty, and what i'm sharing with y'all will be about the beautiful place called Singapore.
But don't worry, i'll keep this really short!
Based on how i talk, i believe you already figured out it's my first time. Yes it is! And i totally fell in love with SG!

RIDING TRAINS

Riding there MRTs are such a different experience than what i normally have here in our Philippine MRTs. They have a lot a of trains, like every 3 minutes there's another one on the same route! So no more crowded and awkward face-to-face moment with a stranger. There is always enough room, even though our luggage is as tall as my 2-year old girl!

No hassle and no more getting lost as there are a lot of maps and signs in every head-turn you make.

And i want to point out how clean and very bright every station we came across with. Such a nice experience.

MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack

This i tell you is an accidental purchase, i have tons of eyeliners to finish in pencil and pen-types. I was just browsing blogs and came across some reviews of this gel liner, after a few more reviews i was put in to trance and ordered this item right away.

The last thing i need is another black eyeliner, i am happily engaged with my Stila Stay All Day Eyeliner in Black. And If i should have purchase a new one, it should have been in brown since that was the color i was currently lacking.

But oh well. What's done is done. So here is another damage i made from my February Mini Haul.

Gave in to the Orgasm (NARS Blush)

One of the main damages i made from my February 2014 Haul is this NARS Orgasm Powder Blush. I've resisted for quite a long time to buy this blush, just to see myself holding and cradling this in my hand months after.

It's one of those products that are most raved & blogged about in the Beauty Community. Everyone, and i say, EVERYONE has it!

Before i evolved into a makeup hoarder, i was satisfied with my Urban Decay Naked Flushed, it was the best, it was enough, it has everything. But yeah, after i done my research for my next blush purchase, i was converted to a blush hoarding geek!

So the monopolist, loyal, faithful Urban Decay Naked Flushed girl is now nowhere to be seen. I still love my Naked Flushed, don't get me wrong. It's just.. Not.. ENOUGH!

Mini Mascara Collection

I got inspired to post this by Juvy (Plum Cheeks), cause i saw hers. :)

These are all in deluxe/travel sizes i get for free. Perks of being an Online Seller! I am not really a fan of mascaras, i call my lashes 'micro-lashes' since they are hardly noticeable. Once or twice in my life i thought of getting them extended, but friends always discourage me, telling me it's hard to maintain and you can't scratch your eyes, which i tend to always do, unconsciously.

So let's just say i gave up on them, and let them be. But again, i get this for free, and they look really cute so i started collecting them.

February 2014 Mini Blush Haul and more~!

One of my New Year Resolution for 2014 is to update & upgrade my Vanity Kit & Wardrobe, so i have a valid excuse to haul, haha!

Mini Haul

I am sensing a terrible addiction starting from this haul. While organising my vanity kit a few weeks ago, i noticed i didn't have enough blush options. And the blushes i have comes in such similar shades. All, and i say ALL are in PINK SHADES only.

 So i decided to look for blushes and vowed to myself to try something from a different colour range. And so the research began..

And this was what i ended up in, with great self-control and mind-setting that these are the only ones necessary.

The research was successful but at the same time led me deeper into the mesmerising world of blushes. I can't seem to snap out of it!

The Lipstick's Bestfriend: Lipcote

Lipcote is a lipstick sealer that has been in every lipstick lover's mouth for quite a long time already, but because i have just found my love for lipsticks recently. I didn't find a need for it in my vanity.

I keep getting a lot of request from my regular customers to carry this, so when i found the supplier i hoarded stocks! 

I felt the need to test and review this because i know almost three-fourths of our lady crowd loves lipstick, so this just might be what you are looking for.

First Beauty Box ~ Special Edition Snoe Glamourbox

Just so you guys know, this is my first every Beauty Box. One fateful night last week, i was thinking if i should try subscribing to some local beauty boxes, just for fun and experience. But since i have a lot of US samples and deluxe products i get for free from my shop's imports, i told myself: "Ok Fred, we are getting one. But just one ok, just to know what it feels like expecting a box you don't know what's inside."

I'm kinda a control-freak, and i have this fear that i might just get disappointed on the stuffs i'm going to get when the box arrives. But heck, if ever i didn't like the items in it, i can raffle it away or just give it as a freebie to my loyal shop customers.

So yeah, i subscribed 1month each for BDJ & Glamourbox. And after just 3 days of not-even waiting, i got my Glamourbox! Yey!

Pardon the selfie. It's my first FOTD, so please be nice. Hihi~!

I just wanted to share to you girls what i wore yesterday. Fiancé and I were chosen to be Godparents of our niece in his Confirmation(Kumpil) by my (soon-to-be) sister-in-law. So i kept it simple and natural. If you've already been following me for quite some time in IG, you'll know how i love the No-Makeup-Makeup look!

And so far, i've mastered the look, at least on my face.

LORAC PRO Palette

Actually this palette has been with me since 3rd quarter last year, i cannot even remember when i exactly got this. I was then at war with myself if i was gonna get the UD Naked2 or this one. But after researching thru other bloggers' reviews and vlogs, i decided to go with this palette. Since i think i can make more looks with the shade variation than the UD Naked2. But i'm not saying this one's better, i just prefer the shades more than the UD Naked2.

P.S. I vowed to keep myself from blabbering and just stick to a clean, short review. So help me God.

My Skincare Routine

I've been reading a lot of co-bloggers posting there Skincare Routine, and i was like: OMG! Those are tons of products!

So it really got me thinking of my own, and i can't help comparing it with others.

The truth is, i don't really think of my routine to much. I just use products that are necessary and keep it as few as possible.

But then again, everyone has the need of her own when it comes to skincare.

Fortunately, I was one of the lucky girls blessed with naturally clear skin. I get a pimple or two, if not, none at all in a month. And that is due to my monthly period.

And if i ever i develop a pimple, i don't really give much of a deal, cause it normally goes away, and if it leaves a mark it fades away in a week or two.

So let's get on to business, i bet this will be over quick!

Appreciation Post: My Staple Lippies (Drugstore/Highend)

A few months back, i wasn't really into lipsticks, and more of a tint or colored lip balm girl. But after catering for lot of orders of different kinds of lipsticks. I've become exposed to a whole new world of prettiness! From pretty packaging, to neon colors, to patterned boxes and different signature scents!

But despite all the glamorous tubes and vivid colors these lipsticks have, i find myself reaching for something else. Something i find myself comfortable with. Like killer high heels vs comfortable flats. On those days, where you're too lazy to pick what lipstick shade you want to use, subconsciously your hand picks up the same lipsticks over and over again.

These are the 2 lipsticks that I mostly use and abuse for the past months.

And now, i feel they deserve an Appreciation Post.

Because they were always there for me when i needed a friend on my undecided days, and because they are so flexible matching my every eye makeup and every outfit i choose to wear.

My Staple Drugstore Lippie: NYX Matte Lipstick in Whipped Caviar

For the love of GOLD!

I'm actually writing this post just to let you guys know i'm still here. I've just been so busy with a recent out-of-town event and when i got back i need to manage orders for the current US Preorders on my online shop (SumWear Co.). So busy, but hey, i'm not complaining. I love what i do.

Behold, all is Gold.

I just wanted to post a lucky shot i got when i was trying to get a good picture for my Current Beauty Favorites post. While i was putting all the scattered makeups back to my kit, i managed to spot on some items that are gold-lustered, and thought of taking them all and giving them a Victoria Secret Girls group shot! Cause all things made in gold are just plain FABULOUS, right?

This actually is from my friends blog (check her out: Makeup Et Cetera), but i tweaked it a little bit. Since It's really hard for me to think of my favorites right now, too many, too overwhelming. And my mind definitely will shutdown if i think of all the makeups i love! 

So instead of making a list of: Beauty Favorites Questionnaire, i opted for a Current Beauty Favorites instead. The ones i am using right now, and in the top drawers of my vanity kit.

The Ultimate Gold Lipstick - YSL Rouge Volupte Silky Sensual Radiant #9

FIRST IMPRESSION:

I cannot explain how thrilled i am to see the box of Sephora which i know contains this little pretty lipstick!

I have come across YSL Lipstick every month, on every package i import from the US, since my clients are regular users and some, collectors of this gorge lipstick. So i'm quite familiar with the feel and the smell, since i quality check each and every lipstick before sending them out.

So i told myself, why not give it a try? After all, i've been meaning to buy a new lipstick either than my usual MAC tubes.

So when another regular customer ordered one, i ordered my first one along with her order. 

I was really debating with myself between #9 Caress Pink or #29 Opera Rose.
But because i am a sucker for pink nude lippies, i opted for the #9 Caress Pink which is described as muted raspberry pink.

The other one is too pink for my taste.

Tarte: The Tarte Of Giving 8-pcs Lipsurgence

It's been actually days that i was contemplating of writing a review on my holiday purchases, including this Tarte: Tarte of Giving 8-pcs. Lipsurgence Holiday Limited Edition.  But the Holiday Laziness got me, and yeah, 1 week just went by! But here i am, trying my best to get out of my couch, since the Holidays are over! (screams: NoooooOOO!)
