My night routine includes moisturising my hideous cracked lips, and when i forget to do so. I will wake up with uber dry and uhhhhg-ly puckers. I tell you, it gets so dry at times that when i smile it cracks and bleeds! (Am i a total weirdo? Or someone else experiences this as well. Please tell me this happened to you too.)

So if you wanna talk about lip balms, ehem, i can say i have much experience on that particular skincare product. Not an expert though, but very well experienced. I've tried a number of lip balms, lip butter, lip savers and lip whatevers!

NYX Butter Gloss in Apple Strudel

Sorry for being MIA for a few days, my blog-writing noodles are not working recently. And it's still not working fine right now. Oh well..

  Just to keep me occupied and distracted from that thing that i don't want to think about. Here's a quick post about one of my recent purchase.

The NYX Butter Glosses are the talk of the blogging town lately, and i believe these are just newly released. I spotted it on a NYX Boutique that day, but sadly there is only Apple Strudel available, and another one that didn't make an impression on me, in short i can't remember! I was really hunting the for Peaches and Cream, oh well. (again!)

The Lipstick's Bestfriend: Lipcote

Lipcote is a lipstick sealer that has been in every lipstick lover's mouth for quite a long time already, but because i have just found my love for lipsticks recently. I didn't find a need for it in my vanity.

I keep getting a lot of request from my regular customers to carry this, so when i found the supplier i hoarded stocks! 

I felt the need to test and review this because i know almost three-fourths of our lady crowd loves lipstick, so this just might be what you are looking for.

Appreciation Post: My Staple Lippies (Drugstore/Highend)

A few months back, i wasn't really into lipsticks, and more of a tint or colored lip balm girl. But after catering for lot of orders of different kinds of lipsticks. I've become exposed to a whole new world of prettiness! From pretty packaging, to neon colors, to patterned boxes and different signature scents!

But despite all the glamorous tubes and vivid colors these lipsticks have, i find myself reaching for something else. Something i find myself comfortable with. Like killer high heels vs comfortable flats. On those days, where you're too lazy to pick what lipstick shade you want to use, subconsciously your hand picks up the same lipsticks over and over again.

These are the 2 lipsticks that I mostly use and abuse for the past months.

And now, i feel they deserve an Appreciation Post.

Because they were always there for me when i needed a friend on my undecided days, and because they are so flexible matching my every eye makeup and every outfit i choose to wear.

FIRST IMPRESSION:

I cannot explain how thrilled i am to see the box of Sephora which i know contains this little pretty lipstick!

I have come across YSL Lipstick every month, on every package i import from the US, since my clients are regular users and some, collectors of this gorge lipstick. So i'm quite familiar with the feel and the smell, since i quality check each and every lipstick before sending them out.

So i told myself, why not give it a try? After all, i've been meaning to buy a new lipstick either than my usual MAC tubes.

So when another regular customer ordered one, i ordered my first one along with her order. 

I was really debating with myself between #9 Caress Pink or #29 Opera Rose.
But because i am a sucker for pink nude lippies, i opted for the #9 Caress Pink which is described as muted raspberry pink.

The other one is too pink for my taste.

Tarte: The Tarte Of Giving 8-pcs Lipsurgence

It's been actually days that i was contemplating of writing a review on my holiday purchases, including this Tarte: Tarte of Giving 8-pcs. Lipsurgence Holiday Limited Edition.  But the Holiday Laziness got me, and yeah, 1 week just went by! But here i am, trying my best to get out of my couch, since the Holidays are over!
